Position Overview :
Georgia State University's Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) division is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong foundation in Linux system administration to lead threat detection, incident response, and security operations. The ideal candidate will have :
Key Responsibilities
The scope of responsibilities for this position will include but is not limited to the following essential duties :
Security Operations and Monitoring
Tool and Service Deployment
Documentation and Process Development
Stakeholder Collaboration
Digital Forensics and Incident Response
Maintain chain of custody and produce required documentation in accordance with best practices

Qualifications
Minimum Hiring Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Hiring Qualifications :
Preference may be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the Minimum Qualifications, possess the following :
