Litigation Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation cases, with a focus on defense, auto, and general liability cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including defense, auto, and general liability cases
- Manage a caseload from inception to trial
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of X years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on defense, auto, and general liability cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with case management software
