This is an apprentice position and experience is not required, but it is a plus. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
Requirements :
- 2 years experience in construction is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions / seasons
- Ability to work from ladders.
- Interest in growing with the company
- Willingness to work overtime
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services / installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
Compensation :
Hourly Position ($15-20) overtime (Starting salary based on experience). Once trained, compensation based on performance and should be higher than $20 / hour. 5 paid holidays per year.
Required experience :
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid drivers license in good standing
