Job Overview
The Fountain Hills Sanitary District is looking for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to assist with managing and administering the District'
s system and facility improvement projects.
The position will administer and oversee the design and construction of projects that extend, replace, or improve the District'
s collection system infrastructure, wastewater treatment plants, and reclaimed water storage wells and distribution systems.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exercises sound judgment, and has a knowledge of Federal, State, and local requirements affecting the planning, design, construction, and operation of a sanitary district / wastewater utility.

Qualifications
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona is required within 12 months of hire.
- The applicant must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license with no major citations within the past 39 months prior to the start date.
- A pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.
