Pay Information
$280 to $300 per hour
About The Position
A hospital in eastern South Carolina in search of emergency medicine physician coverage as soon as credentialed!
Schedule :
- Nights only, 11p-7a
- Open to working around the providers availability
- Start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Credentialing timeframe : 60-90 days
- Orientation the weekday prior to first shift
Practice Details :
- Level 2 trauma but operates as a level 1
- Very low transfer rate only transfer for burns, amputations and some high risk OB. Separate Psych area
- ED volume : 190 visits / day on average. Other EMs on site
- Procedures : Must be comfortable seeing anything that comes into the ER
- Support staff : EMs, APP support (5 in total, mix of NPs and PA’s), APP extenders, and Scribes.
- Peds & adults
Requirements :
- Board certified in Emergency Medicine
- Active SC medical license, DEA, & CSR.
- Comfortable with peds, adults, and all ER procedures
Travel / Lodging :
Flight, lodging, rental car, and / or mileage fully covered
