Available schedule : 36, 40, 48 Hours / Week
Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census).
Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing
EMR : EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ.
Medication Dispensing System : Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell
Controlled Substance cabinet.
Is there a Pharmacy Manager / Supervisor on each shift? : One clinical manager on 5 days a week.
Shifts & Scheduling : Day and Evening need current day.
Weekend Requirements : Every other or one per month preferred.
Holiday Requirements : 2 / 3 holiday required.
Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements : Business casual / white coat or Khaki scrubs
