About The Position
Job Title : Health & Wellness Exercise Coach Job Specialty : Clinics Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Onsite Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Proven experience in health and wellness coaching, with a focus on nutrition, exercise, and mental health.
License : Certification in health coaching, nutrition, fitness, or related field. Certifications : Certification in health coaching, nutrition, fitness, or related field.
Must-Have : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Familiarity with data-driven preventative wellness space, particularly with biomarker testing and intervention protocols.
- Experience in developing personalized movement protocols.- Ability to independently collect and record objective and subjective data.
- Strong understanding of the interplay between physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and mental well-being.- Proficient in virtual coaching platforms.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients. Job Description : Provide tailored guidance based on patient health data to assess exercise, health, and wellness goals with direct coaching sessions monthly.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide expert insight and interventions that encompass exercise, movement, dietary recommendations, and mental health strategies.
- Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans for continued success and satisfaction.- Stay current with developments in exercise, health, and wellness practices, incorporating evidence-based techniques into coaching sessions.
- Offer empathetic and motivational support to patients, helping them overcome obstacles and maintain their commitment to well-being.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms for coaching sessions, record maintenance, and client communication.- Collaborate with the health and wellness team for a seamless and integrated approach to client care.
- Ensure clinical and operational flexibility to align with the dynamic environment of the team.
