Job Title 1 : CDL-A Drivers Home Weekly with Mileage-Based Pay

Pay Rate :
- $0.53 per mile starting pay
- Monthly bonus based on mileage tiers :
- 9,000 miles $0.03 per mile
- 10,000 miles $0.06 per mile
- 11,000 miles $0.09 per mile
- Minimum guaranteed pay for 1,500 miles per week
Home Time :
Home weekly with flexibility for specific home time requests (approval required)
Accessorial Pay :
Tolls, Stops, Wait, Layover, Hazmat, NYC & Canada Pay
Other Pay Details :
- Holiday Pay : $150 per day
- Vacation Pay : Based on average weekly pay over the prior 52 weeks

Job Description :
- Hauling dry van loads , consisting of a mix of live load / unload and preload / drop-and-hook freight
- Primary areas of operation : Central Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Eastern Tennessee
Job Requirements :
- Valid CDL-A license
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
- At least 1 year of OTR experience in the past 3 years or 3 years of OTR experience in the past 5 years
