Overview :
The Team Member is a non-tip position who will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.
This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interaction with Guests and members of the field Operations team.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Greet customers and assist with exceptional customer service.
- Keep all areas of the restaurant cleaned.
- Have a thorough understanding of our menu item and explain it correctly and accurately to the customers.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Establish close relationships with co-workers, managers and guests.
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to travel to assigned locations.
- Comfortable standing for the entire shift, and able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
- Always maintain a professional appearance, clean and well-groomed as per standards.
- Collects cash, or charges payment from guest. Makes change for cash transaction, verifies identification for credit card payments, etc.
