The growing demand for our fundraising services means we’re looking for an ambitious Entry Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic team and help support local and national nonprofit campaigns.

This is a hands-on, Full Time, Entry Level position offering paid training, mentorship, and rapid growth potential —perfect for individuals eager to gain real-world experience while giving back to the community. 💡 About Us Our charity fundraising team is known for delivering high-impact promotional events that drive consistent results for our nonprofit partners.

We specialize in in-person community outreach, public engagement, and fundraising campaigns that raise awareness and funds for meaningful causes.

  • deliver authentic, high-integrity outreach events that empower charities to expand their reach and make a greater difference in the communities they serve. 🎯 What You’ll Do As an Entry Level Event Assistant , you’ll be the public face of the organizations we represent and play a vital role in spreading awareness, engaging donors, and supporting our event operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Represent nonprofit and charity partners at live fundraising events and community activations Share each organization’s mission and message in an engaging, professional way Pass out brochures, flyers, and event materials to educate and inspire local community members Build genuine connections with event attendees and supporters Stay informed on industry trends and campaign progress Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your event, communication, and outreach skills Provide feedback and ideas to improve event execution and overall campaign success ✅ Key Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who are : Outgoing, self-confident, and passionate about community impact Excellent communicators with strong presentation and interpersonal skills Organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment Adaptable, optimistic, and professional with an infectious positive attitude Team players who are dependable, proactive, and eager to learn 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
