Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Projects

As a Senior Project Manager for Healthcare Projects, you will play a crucial role in leading projects and delivering exceptional results for our clients in the healthcare industry.

What your day-to-day will look like :
- Delivering exceptional project management services for healthcare projects
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of healthcare projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborating with internal teams, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensuring healthcare projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet industry-specific quality standards
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel in managing healthcare projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their goals and objectives in the industry
- Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging in the context of healthcare projects
Required qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry with a focus on healthcare facility projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in the healthcare sector
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple healthcare projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred qualifications :
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience leading projects in various healthcare sectors, such as hospitals, clinics, and medical research facilities
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation in the healthcare sector
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and tools specific to healthcare projects
