Job Summary

We areseeking a Capital Markets Lead Financial Analyst / Consultant to jointhe Treasurys Capital Markets & Financing Department of ThisCompany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzingDebt capital markets to identify emerging trends in support of ThisCompanys global financing strategies ensuring that the groupmaintains ready access to financial markets to meet itsexpansionary requirements.

The position requires extensiveknowledge of debt capital markets and will require the candidate tolead many aspects of corporate debt issuances.

This positioninvolves heavy interaction with senior finance management as wellas project development and bank relationship teams.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Monitor and provide reports on capital markets focusingon energyrelated sectors.
• Assist instructuring pricing and negotiating debt issuances includingconventional and Islamic structures such as syndicated revolverfacilities and bilateral credit facilities.
• Develop hedging strategies to manage interest rate risksassociated with longterm debt issuances.
• Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams incapital markets due diligence including shelfregistrationactivities and preparation of information memoranda for potentialinvestors.
• Contribute to the formulation andimplementation of financing strategies policies and procedures toenhance financial flexibility at the group level.
• Represent This Company in joint venture financingprojects and various committees or task forces related to financingmatters.
• Provide training and mentorship tojunior staff members to support their professionaldevelopment.

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors degree in Finance Economics or Accounting. An MBA ispreferred.
• Possess a minimum of 7 yearsexperience in the oil & gas industry or leading a debt capitalmarket structuring / syndication team.
• Possess afinancial certification such as CPA CMA CTP or CFA.
• Have extensive experience in securing a corporate creditrating or a relevant understanding of rating agencies.
• Capable of interfacing with senior management in anadvisory capacity.
