We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN.

This opportunity is located at our Stones Crossing Family Medicine Care, at 3000 South State Road 135, Suite 310, Greenwood, IN 46143.

HighlightsCommunity Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine trained advanced practice provider to work at our Stones Crossing Family Medicine Care practice.

• Single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC)Competitive compensation and benefits packageOutpatient onlyExperience3-5 years’ Advanced Practice Provider experience requiredMust successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification;
