General Manager
Salary : $85,000 $95,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location : Brookline, MA
My client is a high volume chain restaurant that is expanding across the East Coast! The focus on Asian cusine and providing a great hospitality experience.
They are seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
- Assist with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
- Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction
- Assist with the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goals
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
Key Requirements :
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization
- Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
