We are in search of a Business Analyst to be part of our team in the Restaurants & Catering industry in Torrance, California.
As a Business Analyst, your main function will be to assist in the transition from Sage Intacct to NetSuite in the coming months.
You will be responsible for data reporting, analysis, and maintaining our databases.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the transition from Sage Intacct to NetSuite
- Conduct data reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
- Maintain and manage databases to ensure data integrity
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create pivot tables, v-lookup, x-lookup, and complex formulas
- Leverage PowerBi and other analytical tools for data reporting
- Use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for presentation of data and reports
- Organize and share files using cloud-based storage solutions
- Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Database, EO / IR systems, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Claim Administration, and Power BI to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position within the Restaurants & Catering industry.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Power BI software.
- Experience in working with databases and EO / IR systems.
- Skilled in Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum methods, and understanding Business Process Functions.
- Proven ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
- Experience in Claim Administration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
