One Facility Floater will support our partner Independent Living Community located in Ellisville and the other Facility Floater will support our other partner communities that are located in the St.
Charles County areas. As a full-time Floater, you must be flexible and willing to travel to different locations, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours.

Facility Floater Job Summary : The position of the CNA / Caregiver Facility Floater is to provide caring assistance with personal hygiene care, light meal prep, light housekeeping, changing bed linens and light laundry.
Medication reminders and providing a safe and healthy environment is necessary. The Facility Floater schedule consists of one-on-one floor shift visits provided to the clients according to the their care plan.
The Facility Floater must be willing to work in assisted living homes / apartments that may have pets and have a valid driver's license and their own personal, reliable vehicle.
Full-Time Floater schedule : Monday - Friday, every other weekend, availability needed from 6 : 30AM - 9 : 00PM

CNA / Caregiver Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have valid Driver's License, your own reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
Must have at least one year of professional caregiver experience preferably with the geriatric population
Must be able to work with pets in client's assisted living home
Must possess moderate computer skills, including word processing and data entry
Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Must be a team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude
Must be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
Must maintain required yearly training / education as mandated by agency
Preferred Qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED;
- Has the ability to be well organized and prioritize effectively;
- CNA preferred, but not necessary;
Able to work with pets in client homes
Physical Requirements :
Ability to participate in physical activity.
Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
Moderate lifting, 20-40 pounds.
Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
