Job Description
In this exciting role you are responsible for the coordination and supervising of four to five residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with behavioral and physical health needs.
As a Operational Program Director, your two key priorities include supervising and training of direct support staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated and monitored to the highest degree possible.
Position begins at $61,500 annually
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supervising programs in the human service field
- A four-year degree in behavioral science, or related field, preferred
- Must qualify as a Designated Manager per DHS MN Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
- Be at least 18 years of age : 21 years of age up on for certain programs.
People employed in this position are expected to meet the qualifications of an unlimited driver. The definition of the driving requirement is :
Unlimited driving position defined as one that requires an employee to drive a motor vehicle as a part of her / his Dungarvin work, including vehicles owned or leased by Dungarvin, and / or to drive a vehicle in which a person served is transported.
