Position Overview
The Principal Software Engineer is primarily responsible for the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of applications, including requirements analysis, customizations, database changes, screen changes, security definition and workflow.
Converts system requirements into logical program designs, code modules and stable application systems.

Qualifications
- 8 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Experience working with Lightning Web Components, APEX, and REST APIs
- 3 years of experience managing and leading other developers
- Strong knowledge and use of object-oriented methodologies and frameworks and Webservice technologies
- Comfortable working across teams, with good organizational skills, ability to work independently, good communication skills, good negotiation skills, and excellent analytical skills.
Must be able to operate within and enhance a team environment
