The BCBA / Board Certified Behavioral Analyst will be responsible for coordinating all clinical aspects of their client's ABA therapy.
The ideal candidate should have one year of experience. The BCBA's responsibilities include evaluation of clients through direct observation, standardized assessments, and creation of the ABA treatment plan to be submitted to the client's insurance.
Upon authorization of ABA therapy services, the BCBA will supervise behavior technicians in implementing the treatment plan, update the treatment plan according to the client's progress, and provide parent training according to the number of hours approved.
The BCBA will also be responsible for collaborating with related service providers and teachers as needed. This is a full-time position with an expected workload of 40 hours a week.

BCBA / Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Requirements / Job Skills :
- Must be licensed BCBA

BCBA / Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities :
- Complete initial assessment and any recurring assessments
- Make a full Treatment Plan
- Help train the R / BTs in the implementation of the Treatment Plan
- Review session notes and give feedback to therapists
- Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly meetings with the client's parents and therapy team
- Collaborate with other BCBA's and R / BTs and leadership
