Responsibilities

Expedite food orders and watch ticket times to ensure timely service to our guestsSupervise food prep work while maintaining company food quality, presentation and sanitation standardsVerify that all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained by kitchen associatesSupervise the Kitchen Runners to ensure effective serviceAid with ensuring all kitchen equipment is in full working order, and report any maintenance issues to department managerCoordinate with the department chef about any game-day needsAlways maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and coolersPerform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelinesPerform other duties assignedQualifications

• Must be at least 16 years oldAt least 1 year experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook or Kitchen Supervisor preferredExcellent guest service skills;
• ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service StandardsAbility to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environmentAttentive and detailed orientedBasic math skills;

ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportionsAbility to follow job procedures and supervisor instructionsAbility to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacityPhysical Requirements

Able to push and maneuver up to 50 lbs.Able to work long periods of time which involve standing, bending, stretching, reaching and pushing a heavy cart as the work duties demandVariable temperatures - required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environmentShift Details
