Role Overview :

Dune Security is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As the Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact our product's success.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, and graphics to help our Product and Frontend teams materialize new features into life.

You will also be involved in user research and testing to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced design solutions, develop state-of-the-art applications, and lead projects that will leave a lasting impact on the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications :

• User Experience Design : Work closely with the Product and Frontend teams to design and improve the user experience.
• Wireframes and Mockups : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• User Research : Participate in user research and testing to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users.
• Design Trends : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Collaboration : Collaborate across Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to create and scale well-crafted, delightful, and high-performance experiences that our customers love.
• Execution : Deliver engineering build specs and prototypes in Figma. Work with each project stakeholder to iterate and improve the design specs.
• Metrics and Research : Research and collect important metrics to ensure decisions are rooted in reality and progress is easily measured.

What You’ll Bring :

• Experience : 4+ years of experience in UX design (Figma), with 2+ years designing interfaces for B2B applications or Security products.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in mockup tools such as Figma and basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML / JS / React.
• User-Centered Design : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Teamwork : Ability to work well in a team environment, thriving in a dynamic fast-paced environment where you own products from start to finish and make decisions quickly and independently.
• Innovation : Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products. Participate in the ideation of the next generation of Dune Security features and products.
• Craftsmanship : Follow design guidelines and practices for a consistent experience. Become a deep subject matter expert that every team member can count on.
• Leadership : Self-balance priorities and workload to ensure delivery of promised outcomes. Influence other team members to improve their effectiveness, happiness, and career growth.

• Location : NYC. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Soho, Manhattan office.
• Hours : Full time.
