Job Description :
As a Tax Senior at this firm you will play a crucial role in providing expert tax advisory and compliance services to our clients.
This position is ideal for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in accounting who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax planning strategies for clients.
- Provide tax consulting services, including tax strategy development and implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze financial data to identify tax savings opportunities.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior staff members.
- Stay updated on tax code changes and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date tax services.
Qualifications :
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
