80% passing score) and ESI Triage Exam during orientation.- Preference for candidates with travel experience or 5+ years in a Level 1 Trauma Facility.
- Expertise in managing a fast track area for less acute patients.- Equipped with 25 monitored beds, 6 fast treatment beds, 6 fast treatment chairs, and specialized rooms.
- Accommodates approximately 140 patient visits per day.- Acquainted with ESI triage system and Alaris pumps.- Orientation includes 16 hours plus 1-2 floor-specific shifts.
- Work with a team, including charge nurses, aides, paramedics, and security.- Every 3rd to 4th weekend and alternate holidays required.
- Wear Caribbean Blue scrubs.- Manage lab draws and IV starts independently.- 24 / 7 RT and Pharmacy support available.- Cater to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric, including trauma and neuro cases.
- Dedicated triage nurse with available ESI triage training.
