Qualifications
HighSchool orEquivalent
PreferredQualification Great to have but notrequired
- One year ofexperience in orthodontic industry.
- Experienceusing aligner manufacturing equipment such as Resin based 3Dprinters thermoforming CNC mill.
- Knowledge ofusing polishing wheel cutting disc to trim and finish off alignersmanually (byhand).
Responsibilities
- Operateour factory of advanced digital equipment to fabricate high qualityclear orthodontic aligners andretainers.
- Understand and maintain operationsto meet the requirements in our Quality Management System andQuality Policy.
- Conduct regular daily weeklyand monthly preventative maintenance on the factorys digital andindustrial equipment such as 3D printers lasers and vibratorypolishers.
- Perform work in a safe manner andadhere to safety programs processes andprocedures.
- Work with customer support digitalplanning and our software team to ensure we ship high qualityproduct ontime by troubleshooting production problems as theyarise.
- Use equipment such as rotary hand pieceslathes calipers gauges and smalltools.
- Automate processes to streamlineproduction efficiencies.
- 3D software andgraphics experience is a plus!
