• Maintain Documentation : Keep accurate and detailed records of residents' care and progress.

What We’re Looking For :

• Licensure : Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota with at least 5 years of experience in home health care.
• Skills : Strong clinical abilities and in-depth knowledge of geriatric healthcare.
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Organization : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Approach : Compassionate, patient-centered, and proficient in electronic medical records.
