Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for a travel assignment in Johnson, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a Tele RN to gain valuable experience while working in a collaborative healthcare setting.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide ongoing assessments and adjust care as needed based on patient conditions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in New York.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry experience.
- Strong munication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
