Farmers Insurance is seeking candidates to fill positions as an agency producer customer service representative and our protg program.
We have multiple vacancies and the ideal candidate Must posses a Property and Casualty and or Life & Health license. Positions are both Full-Time and Part-Time Monday Friday during normal business hours.
Hourly compensation ranges between $20 -$25 / hr. plus uncapped commissions.
The Protg program lasts 12 months in which the producer must write 100k in premium and he / she will automatically qualify to become an agent.
The candidates will still receive an hourly base plus commission throughout the program.
