Position Responsibilities

• Review data using SQL to identify insights and provide recommendations to support the Merchandising team and improve business decisions.
• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to support Merchandising and special projects.
• Guide and support key Merchandising projects, collaborating with other departments to achieve successful outcomes.
• Communicate with key stakeholders across the business to initiate projects as well as provide status updates.
• Perform merchandise analysis for product teams and management as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous work and or educational experience in analytics a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills - speak and write clearly and concisely.
• Strong curiosity and affinity for numbers.
