We are looking for a diligent and detail-orientedData Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of data records across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing large volumes of information, and skilled at using various data systems.
Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple databases and systems.
- Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and categorize records for easy access and retrieval.
- Generate reports from data entries for internal use.
- Communicate with relevant departments to clarify or collect missing data.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Perform data backups as part of regular maintenance.
- Assist in developing improved data entry processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum of 50 words per minute).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
