Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in communication disorders recognized by ASHA
- Current license and / or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in-state
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders
- Document findings accurately and adhere to all guidelines
- Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing appropriate modalities and adhering to precautions
Pay Range : USD $42.00 - USD $46.00 / Hr.
