Models can’t evaluate themselves — they need experts who apply structured judgment to nuanced and complex marketing content. This role combines your marketing expertise with bilingual language mastery, helping train advanced AI models in the marketing domain that reflect real-world Italian marketing practices.

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex marketing calculations, analytics, and practices relevant to Italy.
  • Write fluently in Italian and English, ensuring precise marketing terminology and nuanced expression.
  • Provide cultural insights unique to Italian marketing, considering cultural norms and media habits that drive effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content, validate accuracy, and align with marketing standards in Italy.

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluency in Italian with strong written and spoken English.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–6+ years of professional marketing experience in Italy.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
  • Familiarity with generative AI or machine learning concepts (not required).

  • Remote, asynchronous role — work on your own schedule.
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Typical duration about 2 months.
  • Structured project environment with clear goals and tools.

  • Complete an AI‑led interview (~15 minutes) assessing your language and professional background.
  • If selected, participate in a follow‑up AI‑led professional background interview.
  • Complete a paid work trial.
  • Receive feedback and onboard to the project.
