JobResponsibilities :

• Work with Culinary Operations team that manages foodproduction operations for more than 14 facilities within thehospital ensuring timely and highquality delivery
• Collaborate withculinary teams to execute menus developed by our inhouse chefmaintaining consistency and quality across alllocations
• Implement efficient manufacturing processes to scaleproduction while adhering to regulatory standards and qualitycontrol measures
• FacilitiesManagement : Oversee facilities related tofood production including kitchen facilities equipment and storageareas
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure operationalefficiency and compliance with safety standards
• Optimize facilitylayout and workflow to enhance productivity and streamlineoperations
• Client Interaction and FuturePlanning : Act as the primary point ofcontact for client interaction addressing concerns and proactivelyidentifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate withclients to plan for future projects and expansions withoutdisrupting ongoing production
• Anticipate client needs and developstrategies to enhance service offerings and meet evolvingrequirements
• FinancialManagement : Assume significant financialresponsibility ensuring prudent allocation of resources andmeticulous budget management
• Account for every dollar spent maintainingtransparency and accountability in financialtransactions
• Implement costsaving measures and efficiencies tooptimize financial performance

JobQualifications :

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalentexperience.
• Must have manufacturing experience in order tounderstand the processes that drive production and focus onmonitoring the finances and future capital spend for theenhancement and growth of the culinary center.
• Must Have Experiencein Quality Leadership Finance Union Management Manufacturing (FDAUSDA)
• Experience in largescale food manufacturing andproduction preferably within a healthcare or institutionalsetting.
• Experience of menu development and food serviceoperations.
• Experience in facilities management including knowledgeof kitchen equipment maintenance protocols and safetyregulations.
• Exceptional client interaction skills with a trackrecord of building and maintaining strongrelationships.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgetsanalyze financial data and drive costsavinginitiatives.
• Experience working with unionized labor and navigatinglabor relations dynamics.
• Familiarity with the New York market andregulatory environment.
