Job Title : Technical Program Manager

Work Location

Job Description :

Formulate and define scope objectives of program in collaboration with the workstream owners

Ensure agreement and communication

Manage metrics requirements with Principal PM working closely with Engineering Team to explain the requirement developing Tech specs and BRDs reviewing the metrics deliverables before passing to PMs

Assist FTE Principal PM with metric requirements Field Escalations research and development prioritization

Translate business requirements to work with Engineering team with proposed business scenarios solutions on agreement from stakeholders that aligns with the business strategy

Manage the Module deliverable with Engineering Lead to ensure module release on the required date within the approved scope

In partnership with various metrics actively manage assumptions dependencies risks issues and potential impacts and facilitates the development of appropriate mitigation actions

Provide accurate timely and fit for purpose programs andor project status reports using established norms

Perform extensive data validation quality assurance analysis within large datasets

Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues

Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners

Coordinate and communicate between business users and the data warehouse organization balancing requirements and resources to solve business problems

Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues

Ability to build tabular andor visualization reports as needed

Work closely with engineering and operations to document business processes

Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes

Processing cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis

Doing adhoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
