We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital.
In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients with complex, long-term health needs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact on patients requiring extended hospitalization and acute, ongoing medical care.

What You'll Do :
As a Travel RN at our LTAC facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to medically fragile patients who may be recovering from severe illness, trauma, surgery, or chronic medical conditions.
This role requires flexibility, a keen understanding of acute care practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following LTAC protocols and standards.
- Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, implementing interventions as needed.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on the management of ongoing health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements :
- 2 years LTAC or Critical Care experience
- Compact or TX License at time of submittal
- Immuni zation Records
