Capstone Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing has openings for great, energetic and passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to assist with resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility.

With its home-like atmosphere, and unwavering commitment to each resident and staff member, you will feel right at home with us.

The Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA is responsible for providing direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible for each resident without declines in status unless the decline is documented as unavoidable.

Responsibilities :

The CNA follows safety policies and practices in performing nursing care.
The CNA reports changes in residents' condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
The CNA observes the resident's rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
The CNA promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.

Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) :

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate for NY
Must have up-to-date MMR vaccination & physical
Excellent work ethic
Caring and compassionate personality
