The Sales Coach role will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting and justifying sales plans to the executive team. This role will assist in meeting our client acquisition and revenue growth targets and keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, Occasional Travel
Located in Plano, TX
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve revenue growth by hitting sales targets through management of sales team members
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence in the market
- Own objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Work with Human Resources on recruitment strategy and onboarding of new sales representatives
- Present realistic forecasts, sales, revenue and expense reports to the executive team
- Identify emerging markets and shifts in markets while also being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Remain knowledgeable in the policies and regulations of the regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all work activities
- Work with all other team members in a way that is conducive to the mission, values, and beliefs of the company to provide customer service beyond expectations
- Comply with company-wide policies and SEC / FINRA regulations

Bachelor's Degree highly preferredAt least 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial ServicesMinimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role
