Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation :
- Starting Pay - $34.65 - $39.60 / hr +$1.10 / hr shift differential
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician? You’ll be :
- Repairing and maintaining equipment to support daily production
- Responding to breakdowns and calls to keep production running smoothly
- Supporting weekend maintenance repair and PM activities when necessary
- Supporting a reliability-centered maintenance program
- Supporting team activities and contributing your own ideas
- Conducting equipment inspections
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a minimum of three months of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with a 2-year technical degree
- Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, if no degree
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term
- Have flexibility to work weekends, holidays, daily overtime, and off shifts as needed
- Are willing to travel (percentage of travel varies between roles)
