Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Building Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects for commercial buildings.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish within budget and specified timelines.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Resolve any issues or setbacks that may arise during the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
