Position Overview : As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
This is a well established territory with a large base of customers. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing TPC as a trusted partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research and Analysis :
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze client needs and pain points to develop a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities.
Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's goals.
Client Relationship Management :
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
Solution Development :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and tailor solutions that address client-specific needs.
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions.
Sales and Revenue Generation :
Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
Communication and Collaboration :
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of engineered sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
