Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 (Base) + Incentive Bonuses

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and drive the success of our projects from the moment they are awarded.
Job Summary :
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be the "tip of the spear" for our steel construction projects, responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution.
Your expertise in steel construction and metal buildings will guide your team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of steel construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the steel construction or metal building industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
