Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and assistance over the phone.
Duties include resolving customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
