The Industrial Systems Quality IT Team seeks to efficiently sustain quality and delivery throughout the vehicle product development lifecycle.

Various applications are mastered and continuously developed to accomplish quality targets as part of the Global Product Development Process.

New Model Program Launch Fitness seeks to efficiently sustain quality and delivery through new product introduction. Integrated Launch Management is an application that consumes data from many application sources and displays the graphical status of each Key Performance Indicator.

We are looking to bring on a self-motivated Analytics Software Engineer to be part of the ISIT Launch Quality team. As an Analytics Engineer, you will work on an end-to-end product delivery engagement / support model working with product owners, product designers, data engineers, and software developers to develop, maintain, and deliver Quality Launch Applications.

This position is for a Software Engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain Alteryx workflows and enhance existing workflows as per business requirements.

In addition, as part of the modernization and transformation initiative, convert and develop new workflows on Google Cloud using Cloud Enabled Data Integration Tools such as Data Stage and / or Informatica.

The minimum requirements we seek :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, dashboard development with QlikView and Qlik Sense, and skilled in data analysis and modeling using Alteryx, SQL, and Hadoop
• 5+ years of consuming data models, developing SQL, addressing data quality issues, proposing BI solution architecture, and articulating best practices in end-user visualizations.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with issue and problem solve management systems (JIRA or Rally)

Our preferred qualifications :

• Advanced Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field
• Experience with any of the following : BigQuery, Airflow, Dataflow, Data Lake, Cloud Run, DBT, and / or PubSub
• Prior experience with any of the following : Alteryx, Data Fusion, CI / CD Tekton, DataProc, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive
• DB Experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL,
• 2 years’ experience with any of the following : microservices architecture, Angular, RESTful APIs, Web Services, and / or containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes,
• X xRelevant experience linking business requirements to digital product development.
• Experience working in a Product Driven Agile Organization
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats, including process documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a semi-structured environment, applications often have frequently changed or vaguely defined requirements.
• Self-starter, ability to leverage various resources available to quickly learn and try out new concepts and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in varying areas of business and enterprise technology.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, and the ability to energize a cross-functional team
• Prior experience in Launch Quality Management
