To achieve this goal, we are in search of a talented team who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this exciting new location.
Being an Associate is a crucial role here at BidFTA. They are responsible for creating a memorable experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our bidders to return.
Accuracy and efficiency is the cornerstone of our success as a business and being an Associate is one of the best ways to start out here at BidFTA.
This position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their exceptional customer service, work ethic, and attention to detail.
We’re a fast paced but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of!
Job Duties include but are not limited to :
- Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process
- Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly
- Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items
- Perform customer checkout procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lot product : photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items
- Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures
