Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and communication skills, as well as a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting senior attorneys with case management, legal research, drafting legal documents, and client communication.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research on various issues and provide analysis to senior attorneys
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Assist with case management, including organizing documents, scheduling hearings, and communicating with clients
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure effective representation of clients
- Stay updated on changes in the law and legal trends relevant to the firm's practice areas
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the MA state bar and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience practicing law, preferably real estate (MUST HAVE A BOOK OF BUSINESS)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
