- Spanish fully fluent.- English fully fluent.Responsibilities and more : Responsibilities : - Answer and respond to outbound and inbound calls.
- Respond to chat / emails.- Help customers place or update orders over the phone.- Reach out to product vendors with order updates or cancellations.
- Escalate internally when customer issues arise.Requirements : This ideal candidate will have experience on the Shopify platform, sales and email support.
Also, a general knowledge about saunas will help, but isn't required.
