Inbound Sales Chat Representative.
We are seeking Inbound Sales Chat Representatives for one of the leading Telecommunication companies in the world. You’ll be answering inbound chats, supporting customers through sales processes.
Learn the latest customer service and selling techniques while raising customer satisfaction with new products and services.
Your expert recommendations will ensure customers get the most out of the technology they love. We accomplish this by handling customer questions and concerns with expertise and speed.
Experienced or entry-level candidates should be willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and be highly reliable.
In addition to the starting hourly rate of $15, bonus potential up to $1,000 can easily put extra dollars in your paycheck monthly!

Responsibilities
- Use chat to speak with customers. (Very minimal over the phone conversations with customers.)
- Demonstrated ability for call handling; issue identification; customer needs; using of job tools and cross selling and upselling
- Accurately document customer account in client systems
- Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
- Customer service oriented with customers and team members (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of stable customer service experience.
- Candidate must be within traveling distance to our Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 location.
- Training is onsite. Opportunity for Work at Home base on attendance and performance.
- HS Diploma or GED / equivalent.
- Computer literacy and typing skills. ( Must be able to type 25 words per minute )
- Able to speak and type proper English grammar.
- Flexibility in schedules is required (Evenings and at least one weekend day).
- Self-motivated and able to adapt and follow changes in business processes and procedures.
- Criminal record check required.
