We are looking for an Assistant Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a premier insurance agency team. This role is pivotal in supporting Commercial Account Managers catering to middle-market commercial clientele.

Work Environment : Fully Remote / Work from Anywhere

Compensation & Benefits :

• Starting Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) plans.

Key Duties :

• Support in the billing of insurance policies.
• Manage endorsements, policy audits, and cancellation processes.
• Offer assistance with claims when necessary.
• Aid Account Managers by helping with application completion, quote acquisition, and creating proposals and presentations.
• Evaluate insurance coverage to identify gaps and recommend optimal coverage solutions.
• Address and resolve accounting queries and issues.
• Ensure adherence to data standards and integrity within the agency management system.

Qualifications :

• Experience in commercial insurance is highly desirable.
• Holding a Property and Casualty license will be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities.
• A strong team player with a capacity to encourage team cooperation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Applied EPIC is an added bonus.
