Urology - PA or NP - St. Cloud, MN

CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of Physicians and Providers working with our Urology Team.

In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians and Providers working to provide patient and family centered care throughout the practice.  In collaboration with the Urology physicians, you can expect to assess, plan, evaluate, implement and coordinate the care of patients, in addition you will assist with surgical cases.

Schedule :

• 5-day work week - Hospital and Clinic
• 1.0 FTE
• 1 : 7 Weekend morning rotation
• 1 : 7 Holidays
• Occasional outreach
