• Location : Palo Alto, CA (Zip Code : 94304-1601)
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8-hour daytime shifts; includes 4 weekend days over the 26-week assignment
• Duration : 26 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $2830 - $3040 Job Requirements
• Valid MSW license
• Experience in organ transplant social work preferred
• Availability for the specified schedule, including four weekend shifts over the assignment period
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field Responsibilities
• Provide emotional and logistical support to organ transplant patients and their families
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Assist in coordinating resources and services for patients
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
