Job Details :
- Full-time / Part-time Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Rep (Redmond WA).
- Salary based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Receive telephone and personal callers.
- Provide knowledgeable sub-professional advice concerning the care and treatment of animals.
- Determine whether vaccinations / tests are current.
- Recommend update of necessary immunizations / tests to clients.
- Schedule appointments, check-in and check out pets(dogs and cats), Collect client fees.
- Check email communications throughout the day and respond.
- Communication with team members and doctors about client / pet health concerns.
- Follow up with clients with appointment reminder phone calls and check in with clients about previous day appointments.
- Ability to lift pets up to 40 lbs.
- Daily Cleaning and Sanitation of Clinic Lobby to be done daily.
- This includes but is not limited to; sweeping; mopping; trash / recycle disposal; disinfecting lobby benches and scale; vacuuming; dusting.
Requirements :
- People with prior experience in customer service / veterinary reception are preferred.
- But people with the ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and commitment to outstanding client service, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
